This site exists to shed light on the abuse, silencing, and harm caused by broken and unjust systems that Reggie Joiner helped create and implement. If you have a story where you were dismissed after raising concerns, manipulated into staying silent, or harmed for speaking out—particularly within environments shaped or led by Joiner—we invite you to share it.

These environments include, but are not limited to:

  • Orange

  • North Point Community Church

  • BigStuf Camps

  • For JoCo (Wrightsville, GA)

What can we do?

The Orange Board, former Orange leadership, and Amazing Life Leaders must be held accountable for their actions and decisions. At a minimum, they owe transparency to the victims, survivors, and the broader Orange community. To support this effort, below is a sample letter you can send to board members.

To whom it may concern;

I am writing as a concerned member of the larger faith community/Orange partner/former Orange partner/someone closely connected to the Orange community.

I have been made aware that the story that broke in April 2024 about Reggie Joiner—founder and former CEO of Orange—was incomplete at best. Since the public release of a victim’s statement in April 2025—one year following the official Orange statement—and her experience sharing with the board what was decidedly more than an “adult inappropriate relationship,” I am looking for more action and accountability from the leadership at Orange and now Amazing Life Foundation (ALF).

Here are the questions the public has a right to get the answers to:

  • Why did Orange never amend their original statement to reflect what the leadership came to learn about the nature of Reggie’s actions?

  • Why has the board never issued an apology for what happened on their watch and as a result of their oversight?

  • What is being done to bring healing, and safety for people who were abused—sexually or otherwise—at the hands of Reggie and the systems he created?

  • How is new leadership being held accountable?

  • What systems and structures are in place now to make sure these sorts of things never happen again?

  • How have you used your position of influence to ensure that victims are cared for?

  • How are you using your position of influence to ensure a report is released?

  • Why are you platforming board members?

Moving forward, I am asking you, the former Orange Board to do the following:

  1. Publicly address the victim’s statement.

  2. Give an estimated date of when findings from the investigation will be released so we, the public, can hold you accountable.

  3. Report the findings of the investigation that was done (even though the victim did not feel safe enough to work with them, people deserve to know what others have said.)

Moving forward, I am asking you, the current ALF leadership and ALF Board to do the following:

  1. Publicly address the victim’s statement.

  2. Prove you have taken measures to undo toxic workplace culture that led to this happening: having an HR department, etc.

When we know better, we do better. We expect this will be the case for you and the leadership moving forward.

Thank you,
