In April 2024, employees of Orange (The reThink Group, Inc) learned of allegations of abuse involving the organization’s founder, Reggie Joiner.

 

What followed was a painful awakening. As survivors and witnesses sought truth, accountability, and healing, many found themselves confronting familiar obstacles: silence, institutional self-protection, and systems that seemed more concerned with preserving reputations than addressing harm.

 

In response, current and former employees came together to create Orange Untold.

 

What began as a platform for sharing stories soon revealed a much larger pattern—accounts of abuse, manipulation, toxic leadership, compromised governance, and failures of accountability. Story after story exposed the ways harmful systems can protect those in power while leaving survivors isolated and unheard.

 

And we learned something that countless survivors already know:

 

Too often, there is no justice.
Too often, there is no accountability.
Too often, there is no safe place to tell the truth.

 

That’s why we’re still here.

 

Today, Orange Untold is becoming Untold.

 

Our mission is simple: to bring hidden stories into the light—the stories that institutions would rather ignore, the experiences that never make it into official reports, and the voices that are too often dismissed, silenced, or forgotten.

 

We create space for people to share experiences of abuse, coercion, spiritual harm, misconduct, and institutional betrayal—especially within religious and faith-based environments.
